2. Orders and Payments

Payment disputes, chargebacks, and refunds are subject to our company's policies and will be handled in accordance with applicable laws. For inquiries or disputes related to payments, please contact us at hello@makermilk.com.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We provide tracking information for orders. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. For any inquiries related to tracking or delivery, please contact us at hello@makermilk.com.

4. Returns and Refunds


To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product order and provide proof of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@makermilk.com with your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 days.  Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including personalized items and digital downloads. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Food Products

If you receive a damaged or defective food product, please contact us immediately. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund, including the return shipping costs, if applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maker Milk Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or any products purchased from us.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
