  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 2 Medjool Dates
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Tahini
  • 2 Tbsp Maker Powder
  • ¼ Cup Protein Powder of Choice
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • ¾ Cup Water

Cream, slightly nutty, naturally sweet, and packed with the kind of nutrients that actually keep you going - post-workout, mid-afternoon, or whenever you need something that actually satisfies.

For a sweeter smoothie, add another date or two.
