Summer Green Smoothie
- 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1/2 Banana (Fresh or Frozen)
- 4 Tbsp Maker Powder
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Densely Packed Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Densely Packed Baby Kale
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
For additional omega-3s, fiber, and antioxidants, add 1 tbsp chia seeds.
Place all the ingredients in a blender.Blend until smooth.Makes 1 large serving.
