Summer Green Smoothie

  • 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1/2 Banana (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 4 Tbsp Maker Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Densely Packed Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Densely Packed Baby Kale
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts

For additional omega-3s, fiber, and antioxidants, add 1 tbsp chia seeds.

Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Makes 1 large serving.
