- 1/3 Banana
- 3 Tbsp Maker Powder
- 2 Tbsp Protein Powder of Choice
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 2/3 Cup Ice
- 1 Cup Water
