  • 3/4 Cup Roasted Pumpkin
  • 1/3 Banana
  • 3 Tbsp Maker Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Protein Powder of Choice
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 2/3 Cup Ice
  • 1 Cup Water

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a sweeter smoothie, add a little more banana.
