Spiced Pumpkin Latte
- 1 Shot Espresso
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Pureed Roasted Pumpkin
- 8 oz Maker Milk
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- Pinch of Clove
- 1 Tsp Maple Syrup
This latte is pure fall goodness in a mug
- Make a single shot of espresso.
- In a small saucepan, gently heat and stir pureed pumpkin and 1/3 cup of Maker milk, adding spices and maple syrup. Do NOT boil.
- Once the mixture is heated, add it to the espresso in a coffee cup or mug.
- Foam the remaining milk with a steam foamer or a milk frother, then pour over the pumpkin and coffee mixture.Adjust sweetness to taste, and enjoy!
