Spiced Pumpkin Latte

  • 1 Shot Espresso
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Pureed Roasted Pumpkin
  • 8 oz Maker Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Clove
  • 1 Tsp Maple Syrup

This latte is pure fall goodness in a mug

  1. Make a single shot of espresso.
  2. In a small saucepan, gently heat and stir pureed pumpkin and 1/3 cup of Maker milk, adding spices and maple syrup. Do NOT boil.
  3. Once the mixture is heated, add it to the espresso in a coffee cup or mug.
  4. Foam the remaining milk with a steam foamer or a milk frother, then pour over the pumpkin and coffee mixture.Adjust sweetness to taste, and enjoy!
