  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Riced Cauliflower
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Chia Seeds
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp Maker Milk Powder
  • 1 1/2 Cups Water
