Overnight Oats
- 1 Cup Oats
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Psyllium Husk
- 1 3/4 Cup Maker Milk (Made/Liquid)
- Pinch of Salt
- Sweetener of Choice
Don’t sleep on these Maker overnight oats. With the extra protein and omega-3s from the chia seeds and the blood sugar-regulating, cholesterol-lowering benefits of psyllium husk, these overnight oats are the perfect, nutritious, quick-and-easy go-to breakfast. Add your favorite stewed and spiced fruit for an additional dose of fibrous goodness.
- Add all ingredients to a jar.
- Mix well and leave overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Serve cold or room temperature with fresh or stewed fruits and/or granola and enjoy!
