Mixed Berry Smoothie

  • 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Mixed Berries (Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, etc.)*
  • 4 Tbsp Maker Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Protein Powder of Choice
  • 1/2 Cup Densely Packed Spinach Leaves**
  • 1 Cup Water

For additional omega-3s, fiber, and antioxidants, add 1 tbsp chia seeds.

* If you prefer to use fresh berries, add a big handful of ice to the mix for texture.
** Or a scoop of your favorite powdered greens.

Place all the ingredients in a blender.

Makes one large serving.
