Matcha Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 Cup Organic Rolled Oats
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Heaping Tbsp Pumpkin Seed Protein (or Protein of Choice)
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp Matcha Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 3 Tbsp Maker Milk Powder
  • 3/4 Cup Water

This recipe comes by way of our friend and LA chef extraordinaire Valerie Gordon - her take on an Erewhon classic. We’ve given it a Maker twist and added some pumpkin seed protein for even more balance.

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large jar and shake to combine.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.Top with your favorite nuts, seeds, and/or fruit and enjoy!
