Matcha Overnight Oats
- 1/2 Cup Organic Rolled Oats
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Heaping Tbsp Pumpkin Seed Protein (or Protein of Choice)
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tsp Matcha Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 3 Tbsp Maker Milk Powder
- 3/4 Cup Water
This recipe comes by way of our friend and LA chef extraordinaire Valerie Gordon - her take on an Erewhon classic. We’ve given it a Maker twist and added some pumpkin seed protein for even more balance.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large jar and shake to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.Top with your favorite nuts, seeds, and/or fruit and enjoy!
