Matcha Chia Seed Pudding
- 3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 3 Tbsp Maker Powder
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Sweetener of Choice to Taste
Matcha fan? Love you some chia seed pudding? This one’s for you. All the creamy goodness and health benefits of chia seed pudding with the added benefits of one of our favorite Japanese superfoods. Easy to make and loaded with omega-3s, protein, and fiber, it's a perfect, light, healthy breakfast or snack. Making it with Maker is super simple and adds additional healthy fat and bioavailable protein.
- Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake to mix.
- Shake the jar every 10 minutes for the first half an hour to ensure the chia seeds distribute evenly.
- Let the mixture set for at least 4 hours.
- Layer with your desired yogurt (we used coconut yogurt here) and your favorite fruit or enjoy straight from the jar!
