Chia Seed Pudding

  • 3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 3 Tbsp Maker Powder
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Sweetener of Choice (to Taste)

Easy to make and loaded with omega-3s, protein, fiber, and rich in magnesium and calcium, chia seed pudding is a perfect, light, healthy breakfast or snack. Making it with Maker is super simple and adds additional healthy fat and bioavailable protein. Make it up the night before for a quick fix in the morning. It’s so good you’ll find it hard to keep in the fridge for long!

  1. Combine ingredients in a jar and shake to mix.
  2. Shake the jar every 10 minutes for the first half hour to make sure the chia seeds distribute evenly.
  3. Let the mixture set for at least 4 hours (overnight is ideal).
  4. Layer with your desired yogurt (e.g., coconut yogurt) and your favorite fruit, or just eat straight!
