Easy to make and loaded with omega-3s, protein, fiber, and rich in magnesium and calcium, chia seed pudding is a perfect, light, healthy breakfast or snack. Making it with Maker is super simple and adds additional healthy fat and bioavailable protein. Make it up the night before for a quick fix in the morning. It’s so good you’ll find it hard to keep in the fridge for long!
- Combine ingredients in a jar and shake to mix.
- Shake the jar every 10 minutes for the first half hour to make sure the chia seeds distribute evenly.
- Let the mixture set for at least 4 hours (overnight is ideal).
- Layer with your desired yogurt (e.g., coconut yogurt) and your favorite fruit, or just eat straight!
