Banana Crepes

  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1/3 Cup Maker Milk (Made/Liquid).1/2 Cup Tapioca Starch

Win the morning with one of our all-time favs! With only four ingredients these crepes are gluten-free, dairy-free, and loaded with protein and prebiotic fiber.

  1. Mash the banana on a plate or in a bowl.
  2. Combine all ingredients and beat with a whisk or a hand blender, which will make for a smoother batter.
  3. Cover a skillet, crepe pan, or griddle with coconut or avocado oil and heat over medium heat.
  4. Spread batter as evenly and thinly as possible using a wooden crepe spreader, a spoon, or, if you’re using a crepe pan, by simply lifting the pan and rolling the wrist around to cover the pan’s surface with batter.

These crepes are great with your yogurt of choice and/or fresh berries and sliced banana. For a more indulgent fix, try them with homemade dark chocolate hazelnut spread or a splash of pure maple syrup.
